Yes. This course includes some of the core exercises from my flagship 2-Day Workshop which has helped 100's of people feel more confident sharing their voice. If you practice and then implement the exercises I can confidently say that you WILL notice a difference.
The joy of this being an online course is that you can come back to each element and have me there talking you through it each time.
(the Vocal Confidence Bundle of Sound Foundations, Find Your Voice & Free Your Voice are this course adapted for online.)
But don't take my word for it:
"The course was full of interesting information as well as practical tools. Judith's kind and calm manner with her 'take it at a pace that's right for you' meant I didn't feel I 'had' to do something every day."
(Tracey H.)
As I don't know where you're at on your vocal confidence or public speaking journey it's hard to give you a definitive answer here as I don't know what you might be looking for.
However, here are some very common benefits experienced as a result of this course specifically and some of the exercises:
Feeling lighter
Feeling more confident
Ability to manage nerves / energy / emotions / change state when tense
Stress reducing tools
Practical exercises to expand range / tone of voice
Practical exercises to warm-up before speaking
Starting to get used to hearing and using your voice
Happier hearing and using your own voice
Happier to express yourself to others
There are 108mins of video lessons - so if you were to just sit down and watch it - then that's 1hr 48mins
That being said, all my courses are designed to be interactive - because how else will you make the changes?! Based on the average time of those who tested this course for me - including the vocal and written exercises as you go - I would allow about 3hrs to do it in one sitting.
(This is not definitive as obviously it will depend on how in depth you go with your writing and how many times you play with the vocal exercises)
HOWEVER: All my courses are designed to fit both those who (like me) like to sit down and do something in one bulk go .... AND those who prefer to absorb things one thing at a time or whose life means that things need to be digestible in small parts.
This is why each module is broken down in to several lessons of 5-12 minutes - so if you don't have 2hrs to sit down and do this in one go, or if your learning style is more piece by piece - then you can simply do it over 15minutes a day.
I can't answer that question for you because I don't know you, where you're at, or what you're looking for.
For some people it may be enough for now.
The exercises I share in this course are the next level of mindset and awareness as well as taking the exercises from Sound Foundations deeper.
Everything I do helps with how to manage nerves, change state, build a new connection or relationship with your voice and feel more confident in both yourself and your voice.
These tools, tips & techniques are a great . See how they work for you - but you may also want to complete the whole of the Flagship Workshop by also doing the Free Your Voice course - IF this is for you then why not save money and get the Vocal Confidence Bundle
Most people use this course to help:
To feel seen and heard
Speak up at work more often
Enhance public speaking skills
Improve presentation skills

To be happier to interact socially
To speak about yourself with confidence
